In our office, we put patients first and want to make your orthodontic experience with us as comfortable and efficient as possible! Our enthusiastic and friendly staff will put you at ease and always look after your treatment needs. You will meet our Treatment Coordinator at your initial visit along with our front desk staff, and the Scheduling Coordinators. Our Records Technician will welcome you for collection of diagnostic records when needed. There are dental assistants who ensure everything is sterile and ready for use when you are ready to commence treatment. We have hygienists who will be sharing the “hands on” work that Dr. Dionne chooses to delegate to them at your regular appointments, under the direct supervision of Dr. Dionne, as is standard practice in Canada.

It’s no secret that investing in continuing education provides benefits to all of those we serve. We are thrilled that our team has completed voluntary education programs through Trapezio, a knowledge and training solution provider for the orthodontic profession. Our team has successfully completed the requirements necessary for the AOAC Team Certified designation.
