Appointments
We realize that every patient has important obligations during the day and try our best to accommodate your schedule. However, once treatment is underway, some appointments may conflict with work or school. A typical adjustment only requires 10 – 20 minutes and may be scheduled either before or after school/work hours. To ensure fairness, we distribute “prime time” appointments evenly amongst our patients and we cannot guarantee that you will only get before or after school appointments. Longer procedures, such as the day you get your braces, are scheduled during the ‘quiet time” of the day (during work and school hours), which enables us to give you our undivided attention.
This system of scheduling allows us to see you on time, perform the necessary procedures as efficiently as possible and answer any questions you may have regarding your treatment. Late arrivals can pose a problem and disrupt the flow of our schedule. To be fair to our other scheduled patients, we may not be able to complete your entire scheduled procedure or we may have to reschedule your appointment. If you are running late, please contact our office so that we can be certain to make the best use of our time together.
